Shipping and Tag Damage Policy
At Yeti Gaming, we strive to ensure that every plush toy reaches you in perfect condition. However, please be aware that during the shipping process (Both from Japan to us, and from us to you), there is a possibility that the tags attached to our plush toys may incur some damage.
What You Need to Know:
- Tag Condition: While we take great care in packaging our products, tags on plush toys can occasionally get bent, creased, or otherwise damaged in transit.
- Quality Assurance: This minor damage does not affect the quality, integrity, or playability of the plush toy itself. The plush toy will still meet our high standards for craftsmanship and durability.
- Returns and Exchanges: If you are particularly concerned about the condition of the tags, please consider this before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges solely for tag damage. If tag condition is extremely important to you, please send us a quick message (Shop@Yetigaming.com) before your purchase, and we will make sure we send you a product with a pristine tag, or we will communicate with you otherwise.
