Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Due to the continual fluctuations of pricing within the TCG/CCG and collectible market, some items are not eligible for returns or cancellations.

For items to be considered:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. An example: if your order includes a Booster Box, it can not returned if it has been opened.

To start a return request, contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please contact us within 48 hours within receiving your item to be considered for an exception of our return policy at

Pre-Ordered Items:

  • Items purchased during the Pre-Ordered time frame are not eligible for cancellations. 
  • If you feel that you would like to considered for an exception, please contact us at
  • No request will be honored after the release date of the item or after the item has shipped.
  • Store Credit will be given for orders that are deemed an exception to the cancellation policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If a case of product is shipped in its original box, we can not be held responsible for damage caused during shipping. If the items within the box are damaged, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method, minus return shipping cost (with the exception of damaged items).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund is initiated immediately. Inspection may take up to 2 business days. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

The best way to change your order is to contact our support ( If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.

Shipping and Tag Damage Policy

At Yeti Gaming, we strive to ensure that every plush toy reaches you in perfect condition. However, please be aware that during the shipping process (Both from Japan to us, and from us to you), there is a possibility that the tags attached to our plush toys may incur some damage.

What You Need to Know:

  1. Tag Condition: While we take great care in packaging our products, tags on plush toys can occasionally get bent, creased, or otherwise damaged in transit.
  2. Quality Assurance: This minor damage does not affect the quality, integrity, or playability of the plush toy itself. The plush toy will still meet our high standards for craftsmanship and durability.
  3. Returns and Exchanges: If you are particularly concerned about the condition of the tags, please consider this before making your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges solely for tag damage. If tag condition is extremely important to you, please send us a quick message ( before your purchase, and we will make sure we send you a product with a pristine tag, or we will communicate with you otherwise.


Orders are processed in the order we receive them. You can track your order status on a tracking page & also signup for alerts on a courier website.

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support ( to check if it's eligible for replacement.

All items will be shipped within 3 business days from the day the order is placed and will be shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

All orders of $35 or more will automatically recieve free shipping

Shipping is only available within the United States.

Please note, it may take up to 3 business days for tracking information to populate. 

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.
Shipments made via UPS and Fed Ex are trackable from the time they are picked up at and are usually delivered between 1 and 5 business days* after their ship date. Shipments made via USPS are not always trackable, and delivery can take from 1-3 days for Priority Mail and up to 45 days for all other services.

*Many shipping carriers are experiencing delays. You may experience delays with receiving your orders. Please give trackable items up to 10-15 business days to arrive. 

Shipping rates are calculated by the size and weight of the items ordered as well as the delivery location. 

Shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed. 

If an item is returned, the customer will be required to pay shipping cost for resending packages. Invoices will be sent and paid prior to reshipping returned orders.

Purchased cases will be shipped in their original boxes directly from the distributor. If you have a special request regarding shipping, please contact us at or place a note on your order for our shipping team.

We take no responsibility for issues related to drop shipping.


Items that are purchased as a Pre-Order are expected to ship by the product's official release date.

Pre-Ordered items will not be subject to cancellation by Yeti Gaming for reasons of inventory issues or market price changes.

In the event that an order does need to be delayed for any reason, Yeti Gaming will contact you and ship your order at the earliest instance.

No refunds, cancellations or returns on pre-order items.

All purchases in an order will be shipped together.

We recommend separate orders for items that have different release dates and for  non Pre-Ordered products if you would like those to arrive prior to the pre-order release date.
